• While her mani and pedi are excellent as far as filing and cuticle maintenance, her polish job is sometimes a bit messy (she uses the Brazilian technique of smearing it all over and then removing it from the cuticles after).

Insider tips

• Keep her number stored in your phone – it’s so good to have a waxer on call, especially in an emergency situation (last minute dates, impromptu Miami weekend, etc.).
• Invite a few friends over so you can all get waxed in a cozy, comfortable, intimate setting.
• Never get a wax before your menstrual cycle – the skin is more sensitive.
• Take Advil beforehand so it’s not as painful. ·
