Strengths

• They're a Cosmedical Spa (aka "MediSpa") so they do spa treatments like facials, organic spray tan, accupuncture, and laser hair removal, but they also do medical procedures like Botox, collagen, Restlylan, spider vein removal, tattoo removal, etc.
• Madison Avenue results at a fraction of the cost.
• Skilled aestheticians and a warm, friendly staff.
• All the latest equipment.

Shortcomings

• It's not luxe; I'd call it bare-bones. But I'd rather pay less and have great service and results, than pay more and get treated in the Taj Mahal.

Insider tips

• A husband and wife team runs the business. It's really cute. She runs the spa and he runs the medical practice (which takes most insurance, btw).
• Actually, there's a really touching story behind it too. Google Nicole Contos, the wife, and you'll see she was left at the altar (the NY Post ran the story "Jilted Bride" with her picture on the cover). She's now very happily married. Awww.
• The liquid mineral makeup is the bomb.
• Very accommodating in terms of scheduling late appointment times.

• Nicole is available by phone practically 24/7 if you want to pick her brain about anything or discuss your treatment or experience.
