Strengths

• Yeah! They finally opened in the city! This store has been a hot-spot for bags, shoes, jewelry, accessories, and gifts in Westchester and Connecticut for years. Great Marc Jacobs handbags and Tory Burch everything!
• Their website is very well done, so you can see if the store is for you before going.

Shortcomings

• If you go to the barber, you're gonna get a haircut. Likewise, if you go to Plaza Too, you're probably going to make a purchase. Be forewarned.

• Befriend the staff so you can get info on upcoming sales.
• They have a sample-sale kind of thing for “insiders” where you can the best for WAY less.

Anecdotes

I befriended the owner and the next thing I knew, I had a “friends and family” pass to his warehouse sale. $400 shoes for $20. Score!
